2. WORKPLACE LITERACY
We collaborate with employers to improve their employees' skills. The training is funded by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC).
The programme is tailored to meet your staff training needs, including
staff handbook
manual and forms
communication with customers
understanding health and safety information
keeping accurate records
following production schedules.
Classes are flexible and scheduled to meet the operational needs of your business.

3. SERVICE INDUSTRY PATHWAY Level 2-4
Our Service Industry Study Pathway is a training opportunity for your young staff (16-19 years) to be successful in their role. The programme is funded by TEC and is free for eligible participants.
There are four programmes:
Hospitality Level 2 (40 credits)
Retails Level 2 (40 credits)
Sales Level 3 (70 credits)
Retail Level 4 (60 credits)

4. EDUCATION TO EMPLOYMENT (E2E) INITIATIVES
We help 18 high schools in Wellington City and Porirua to connect to industries and employers. Employers can help the community by offering equitable opportunities, employing young people or providing work experience.

YOU CAN PROVIDE HELPFUL INFORMATION TO YOUR MIGRANT STAFF.
5. PRE-PAID ENGLISH LANGUAGE TUITION (PELT)
We are a Tertiary Education Commission (TEC)-authorised provider for migrant language learning requirements. We provide a certificate of completion recognised by Immigration New Zealand for applying for returning resident visas. They can also continue studying our other English language programme.
